Andy has had a five person canoe since he was a senior in high school and we decided that Drew was old enough to take it for a spin with us. Our experience lasted about 20 min as you can't move around much OR you will tip!!! He thought it was pretty cool though and we'll shoot for 25 min next time;)
The other weekend we took a trip up to Washington DC. It was really neat seeing all of the history. And when we returned to our hotel Drew went straight to his favorite room.... the kitchen!
We are now officially moved in and all of the boxes are GONE!!!! It was a little more challenging this move as we had a special little helper! We are excited with our new location and Andy starts his first day of work next week. It's been so nice having him off for a month!!
SO Drew's new thing is big boy water bottles, or maybe I should say adult one's... He loves them and will play with that for the longest time! We just need to figure out how to teach him that squeezing the water bottle will result in getting your clothes soaked! Maybe I should tighten the lid....
The other the day we went to the Children's Museum. It was two stories of hands on activities for kids. Here we are making a ginormous bubble! I think we have a little boy following Daddies foot steps as a future engineer! There was a pretend grocery store with every department to shop in and a check out line for kids to use! Discovering how science works!
