Drew's Birthday Pool Party!!

Sunday we had Drew's first birthday party here on base at the pool. We couldn't have asked for better weather or more fun!!! A few of Drew's buddies joined us in the celebration a few weeks early as for his real birthday on May 9th we will be traveling on the road heading to our new duty station in Virginia. If you look really close I even managed to put Drew and daddy in matching swim trunks!!

Fun In The Sun

OK so maybe the Midwest family and friends should skip this post and not read it, cause it was 96' here today! And.... it was also in the 90's yesterday!!! We bought the Drewster this little tide pool that shoots water in the air, and he LOVED it!!! I was even able to sit in a lawn chair and enjoy the beautiful weather as he played (I love this age)!

Aunt Ali Comes To Visit!

This past Wednesday we picked up my sister at the airport for a nice long weekend visit. Drew loves his aunt Ali and laughed the entire weekend! We did some shopping, went out to dinner, Lot's of walks, and then on Sat our friend Laura came up and we all went to wine country. The weekend went by way to fast!

We Have A Walker!

On April 9th, Drew took his first step!!! He saw Elmo on the television and took five steps right to him! I put the Drewster to the test and held the cell phone for him (he loves ours) and the test was positive!! Were really excited, well this week were excited, we'll keep you posted and see how much more he can really get into!!

Play Date!

The other day Drew had a play date with his buddy Brandon down the street and this time we actually remembered the camera! Andy so the years begin with sticking your tongue out at the camera.....
